Rotary Movement

Rotary (Rotary) motion, one of the file usage methods used in root canal treatment, is the process of removing debris from the canal by moving the files fixed to the endomotor continuously in the same direction.

In general, it is desired to move clockwise due to the helix cutting directions on the files. According to the helical structure, rotary motion can be performed by moving continuously counterclockwise. For example, Scope Quattro models are actually files used with reciprocating motion, but if the endomotor used provides this, they can also be used as rotary counterclockwise
